A/F ratio 392 challenger

I have a '13 challenger 392 6speed. It has a Legmaker fender pull CAI, Magnaflow cat back, 180 T stat. Custom tune by Hemifever. Since then I've had my throttle body ported to 87mm and my intake manifold ported by Peakspeed. I was told by my tuner that I don't need a retune after the port job. The car runs just great, I'm very happy. However, I had one guy tell me since I ported the IM and TB that I should check my A/F ratios. What should they be? Again the car has no CELs and runs real strong. Should I get it dyno tuned for the hell of it or just do some checking with my Intune and take it from there?
