New user on Mac - registration help

My Diablosport InTune arrived, and I am unable to write to my 2014 Dodge Challenger SRT8. I suspect it's because I need to register the InTune with Diablosport. From the poking around I've been doing, it seems this is a manual process on Apple computers. Can you send to me the registration file?
Please note that I did download and install the latest firmware (1r03y) and the DCX tune (1r01p).

hey I'm having the same problem with my 2014 srt8 charger. i am up to date on it but it won't connect to my car. keeps saying that i need recalibration and to contact diablo support for more info.

hi sir i have problem i just bought intone i-1000 dcx to use it on my challenger 2014 srt8 and it keep showing that i need calibration update on my devise firmware info i have :
application: 1r04i
DXC Tune Db: 1r01t(*)
DXC PID Db: 1r01b(*)
FORD PID Db: 1r01b(*)
GM PID Db: 1r01a(ok)
DTC Db: 1r01a(*)
VIN Db: 1r01e(ok)
info Db: 1r01b(*)
