2014 jeep srt calibration update

Hi all

I have a 2014 jeep srt 8 and It was running nice and smooth with the intune but I took my car to the dealer and they did a software update on the car and now I cant return to stock neither can I tune my car any more it keeps saying calibration update is needed for this vin, I updated my intune still the same message calibration update is needed, need your support asap please

sounds like you did not restore before going to the dealer?

if so, fax or email proof of the reflash to us then call with the tool powered up so we can reset it for you.

unfortunately no I did not because I never removed it before taking It to the dealer
