failed to read pcm original
I have an 05 chevy Silverado5.3 and when i tried to install thw tune it gave me an error code 0x00000324 and i tried again and it gave me an error code 0x 03270010 both said failed to read pcm original backup. Any suggestions?

I get the same error code and do not have an after market stereo. I have a 2014 Ford Explorer Sport

ANYTHING aftermarket/non-factory needs to be disconnected..
Also make sure vehicle battery is fully charged and has proper voltage.

I have this same issue and i pulled fuse to stereo. Nothing else aftermarket electrical has been installed? Is there anything else. It worked fine on my previous truck i restored original before i sold truck went to use on new truck and won install.
