When I connect the device it gives me "too many sum dec" what shall I do?

someone loaded a tune to the tool that is not in intune format, you need to let the drive appear and quickly open the drive and delete the file then the tool will behave.

I am receiving the same code but the tuner I got the tune from has sent three prior revisions and we have no reason why it is reading this way. How do we fix this so that it can be in the correct format??

custom tunes must be made from a copy of the intune backup or last tune written.
