Trinity won't let me tune or do much without saying I need to unplug and try again. I just bought it and it is a used Trinity. The guy said it's unmarried to his car as well.
Any ideas?

Go to Options, Last Tune Written. What does it say?

have you selected your vehicle from options/change vehicle type?

Yes sir! I've put in 05 SRT 4 and it still happens
