DS DOWNLOADER NOT FINDING TRINITY

HELP! I have plugged my trinity into my pc and it powers up just fine. However, the DS Downloader cannot 'find' the trinity. Any suggestions??? I need to upgrade my Trinity as it keeps freezing up whenever I try and add logging pids that my tuner requested. I need to reload my factory tune to the trinity in order to do so and to load any custom tune revisions

Did you install the USB driver? If so, make sure you're using DSDL in Administrator mode.

Same thing just happened to mine
My plug is bad on the side so I have to send it in for repair

At least that's what it looks like
