APP file currently in my InTune : InTune1r03i.itf

I have not udated for a year and now it is stuck in "Preparing".
I rebooted after waiting 20 mins and the old files are still there and no update has taken effect.
I tried copying InTune 1r03y into the virtual USB image on the intune
but still no go.
I do not see the current InTune 1r03i to replace with the InTune 1r03y file

Now what.
How and where do I stick the InTune 1r03y to get it to get this intune past the "Preparing" screen
and get it to take the updates?

After waiting an hour the InTune started to update and then I got the Unable to update the Group
Update6?
Should I be concerned?
This thing is writing and verifying everytime I connect it to USB port power?

Okay, so I did not read the entire posting on updating before I performed an update on my inTune. I did not restore the stock tune and now the inTune will not allow me to perform any functions when attached to my car. I plug it in and after powering up if I navigate to any screen such as to review the logs, or review existing tune information, the device locks up.

I have the stock tune saved onto my Windows XP laptop as well at logs. Is there any hope for returning this inTune to functioning order without damage to my car or the inTune itself?

you cant play logs back on the tool, what exactly are you trying to do with it in the car?

This is the process that I am performing on my device:

Connect device to car
Wait for power up and menu to display
Select Tune Vehicle
Select Yes to accept the warning
Select Adjustable Parameters
Turn ignition key to the ON position (engine is not turned on)
The last screen displays a "spinning" indicator which eventually stops spinning, but it does not progress to the next screen.
I have left this in the vehicle for over an hour with the ignition in the "ON" position and nothing changes to the display, however, the device does get a little warm.

no need to go to the param menu, select the tune you want then select the option to modify it to get to the params.

Any menu option that I select that asks to turn the ignition to "ON", causes the screen to lock up as displayed in the screen shot in the previous email.

please give us a call with the tool powered up in the vehicle so we can check it out.

same happened when i tried to update I tried to update on anther computer adn get the error on computer: 12007
