when I try to update my trinty, it tell me I need a password to force the update. where do I find this?

ok and now I cant view my logs, it wont save them says a unknown problem has occurred

you have to restore the stock tune before you can update the tool.

having the same problem please help I cant get a hold off yall im on wait for an hour atleast each day and I hang up please help asap...
