Just bought an Intune DCX for a 2011 Grand Cherokee 5.7. Adjusted tire size, bam, ABS light. Appears to be a pretty common problem. Could customer service please explain this to me in a way that makes sense and calm the rage? It seems to me that as long as you guys have been doing this, the tuners wouldn't be doing this out of the box. Thanks.

On edit: I took the unit out of the box, plugged it into the computer and eventually got it to update, hooked it to the vehicle and followed the instructions. It currently has Application: 1r04d, DCX Tune Db: 1r01q, DCX PID Db: 1r01b

Waiting for an answer to this too, new 275/65/18s go on Monday but won't modify tune until I know it doesn't trip the ABS light.

Obviously they only care about taking our money and not helping getting their product to perform right. I too am waiting to here about a proper fix for this before spending more of my hard earned money on 275/65-18 tires and wheels.

It's hard not to feel that way. mikel is obviously on here pretty often. He seems to chime in quickly on the questions that have an easy answer. It is hugely frustrating and extremely unprofessional to ignore the rest. An answer of some kind would be better than simply being ignored. He asked for the info file and I offered up. It is not unreasonable to expect a timely answer, even if it is bad news. It would seem as if I were being punished for voicing my frustration over the unit not working as advertised. Customers have been called whiners and entitled here. That'll happen when you pay for a product that doesn't work as advertised and then treated like this when you come here looking for help. It is even more so after reading year old posts where he insists that the problem has been corrected. If it has, just give us the solution. If not, give us a no BS answer on the situation. If there is another resource that we should be using, tell us what it is.

mikel, I would greatly appreciate an informative, helpful response.

That's 4 weeks down...

I think its time to call and talk to someone higher up. This is that Mikel or anybody else is ignoring this. They claim to bring it first to market but fail to make sure it completely works.

I tried calling. I told them what my problem was and I was asked to send them the info.xml file. I informed them that mikel already had it. I was assured that it wouldn't take long to get an answer.
