I tried loading the software again, no luck

Here are the screen shots

In the first pic, I locate the driver details, choose 'update driver', find the driver folder and double click it to open it but it won't allow me to do so, so I highlight it and click next.

The second pic is of the message I recieve after I click next..

ideas?

Did he get this working ? One of my dealers has the exact same issue...and message "Is porttalk.sys" in Windows/system32 when opening up the burner software.

what does the device manager say about the status of the driver?

The driver has never been a win7 specific issue honestly.
