Slope adjustment help

What is a safe perimeter to stay in when it comes to slope adjustment? I am at -9 to get my LTFTs within range. Is that going to rich??

if the trims are close to zero, its fine ;)

Also Mike its asking if I wanna log data at a fast rate or slow. I been selecting slow??
