tuner connects to any car but mine!

so i plug tuner into my car and check engine light flashes and tuner freezes!!
Then plug into another car and doesnt freeze at all.... help!!!! :normal: :normal: :normal:

what kind of cars are we discussing here?

can you post the info.xml file from the intune drive please?
