The tuner won't throw any codes, but to be safe, if you don't have any mods that require the tune, I'd put it back to stock.

Depends on where you live. BUT, if you flash the PCM to any tune, stock, diablo canned or CMR you wont have any history and you will need to drive around for a couple weeks and go back. I'd just take it threw like it is, you dont list a bunch of mods, so I am assuming you still have all your O2 sensors and cats, right?
No codes?

the states I am familar with here on the eastern seaboard all give you more time if needed. I upgraded my tool and addeda cmr tuen, wet thru VEIP ( as its called here in MD) no history, they gave me like 45 more days, I just told them the radio was replaced " last week" . and maybe the dealer disconnected the battery? two weeks later I went thru no prob.

Everything shows as "NOT READY". You can normally get them reading READY in as little as 50 miles. 100 is better. You can check to see if its READY using most Actron scanners. My CP9135 is able to show it and its a pretty low model, so I would think just about any of them could do it.
