you get updated at the dealer?
you need to have the customtune redone from the new backup.

Re: calibration id does not match that of your tune file
No I did not. My car has been heavily modified and will never see the inside of a dealership. This custom tune was an update to my previous custom tune (taking fuel out at WOT). My tuner suggested I reload my factory tune and unmarry the trinity. The problem is there isn't any options to 'unmarry' my trinity. The original backup does not even show up when I load it to the trinity. Also, all of your canned tunes and the option to load them have disappeared.

Unfortunately several people have had this problem when updating the trinity. It forces you to recalibrate and once you do, none of the tunes work canned or custom. The jeep stalls out. I am waiting for an answer to my problem.

try erasing the custom tune from the options menu then see if you can restore.billm1104 wrote:No I did not. My car has been heavily modified and will never see the inside of a dealership. Re: calibration id does not match that of your tune file
The final solution was to restore the original tune and erase the custom tune and then update the trinity. I had to send my tuner my base tune again and start from scratch.
