2014 RAM 1500 MDS and TC not disabling

I have a customer that has a 2014 RAM 1500. Both the MDS and Traction Control will not disable, which was the main features he wanted disabled. When i disabled the traction control it displayed a message saying it failed to disable. Other than that the tune installed fine. Is there a known issue not being able to disable these features? Is there a fix?

I can imagine a TC issue possibly, but MDS will disable if you shut it off and load the tune.

Ok I turned the MDS off and loaded the tune, but while driving the truck the MDS is still being activated.

I also have a 2013 1500 8 Speed Ram. Disabled the MDS alone and still comes on. You can hear and feel it. Whats the problem
