Tow tune and economy ? Or stock ?

Has anyone ever tracked there mileage while they had the tow tune installed ? And then the same in the stock setting ? While towing some weight. I am leaving for a hunting trip to northern british Columbia and will be towing a 20 ft cargo trailer loaded with gear, a boat and also a quad or two. Not sure of the weight but was wondering if I should expect better economy while the tow tune is in or should I return to stock setting for the trip ? Thanx
