Fiesta ST support coming??

Post by johnny248 »

Posting this on behalf of my friend who has a Trinity for his Ram......which his wife just totaled. He picked up a new Fiesta ST from the dealer today and was hoping there would be some support for this vehicle from DS at some point. Are there any plans to do so??

We plan to add support for all the EcoBoost applications in the near future, yes.

There is another company which offers a tuner with launch control ability. I guess it changes boost limits in first and second gear in order to prevent excessive wheel spin and hop when engaged.

Is this something that would be possible with the Trinity?

I'm sure we'll be able to set that up :)

Sounds good! My friend is really on the fence about hanging on to the Trinity and waiting for support, or just purchasing the Cobb unit that is already available. Do you have any selling points I can pass on to him on why he should wait for the DS tunning vs purchasing a Cobb Access port?

We invented Mustang tuning, they have focused on imports forever, nobody knows Ford tuning like we do :)
(Yes, the current owner of our company was the first one to bring a commercially available chip tuning solution to the Mustang market way back in the early 90's. He developed his own software and bought chips from our old Parent company and Autologic tuning was born. Since that day, he has made it his mission to make sure he knows more about Ford PCMs than Ford does!)
