Reinstall Predator

I've used the Predator for 2 1/2 years with no problems on a 05 with a 6.0 PS but had to return the truck to the shop for the first time this past week. Got the truck back friday and tried to reinstall the tune and it says the programmer is not supported. Does anyone know what has happened or how to fix this?
ps forgot to add that when I returned the truck I put the original program back on the truck so now I'm trying to reprogram Thanks

Sounds like the dealer re-flashed your ECU with the latest calibration (software) from the manufacturer. What is the revision of your Predator? This would be the text that appears above the main menu of the Predator.
