I picked up a 2000 lightning, it's all stock and with the truck I was given a predator for it. I tried to upload and a message coming up that said that this tool is not licensed for use with this vehicle came over the screen. Is this programmer useless to me because it is married to another vehicle?

It is married, it can be unlocked for $129 by filling out the unlock request form on our site under support.
