We have a 14 SRT Cherokee with an Intune and it says "PCM calibration for 1C4R*********** might need an update. Check for update? Click yes, comes up "The vehicle is not supported, contact Diablosport." Click no, come back "Please unlpug this intune and then connect to a PC with internet access"
Thank you
Frank

Simply put it does not recognise the original calibration as current, so it is telling you to disconnect from the vehicle and to reconnect to the internet so the inTune can download the required file/ calibration. Then when prompted return to the vehicle and proceed with updating the calibration and then install whatever tune/ modification you intend to use.

Yes, your inTune DCX is up to date. It is your factory calibration file that is not... instead of having to go to a dealer to get an update for it... your inTune is capable of doing this task. When you connected the inTune it read the calibration installed in the vehicle and compared it to the most current, it did not match so the inTune told you to disconnect and re-connect to the internet connected computer so that it can download the required calibration file into itself. Then you go back to the vehicle and connect and the inTune will update the factory calibration file and then allow you to proceed with installing of any crom files/ tune files or adjustments you wish to perform from your inTune/ DiabloSport.

OK that makes sense, but where do I find the calibration to install on the intune? I did not see anywhere. Sorry just never run into this issue before.
