I'm having an issue with this unit. I keep it plugged in to monitor whats going on. Is keeps turn my traction control of and on then it loses data stream to the ecm. I'll unplug it and then plug it back in. It'll work fine for a few days then start doing the same thing again. I updated it and still having the same problem. Please help!!!!

does the cable lug into the bottom or the back of the unit?
