Is it possible to turn off the Skip shift function on the 5th gen manual transmission Camaros and the Active Fuel Management for automatic 5th gen Camaros with the Diablosport Trinity? What do I need to do to do it.

yes it is...

modify the tune and disable CAGS

or modify the tune and disable DOD/AFM...
