intune sport not talking to pcm

I have had the intune for a few months and have called and talked to many techs. it stopped talking to my PCM. I read on the forum that some others had issues with the 04 dodge ram. one had scanners talk to his truck just like mine, matter of fact the bully dog tuner, super chips tuner, solus scanner, snappon brick, dodge dealer scanner all talk to my pcm. can bring up vin, data logs etc. only the intune will not talk to it. I have sent it back to you guys twice and you reset and tested an said it works fine. but on my truck it will not talk to it at all.
if I hit write tune, turn on key (not crank) the wheel spins for a minute or so then goes back to the menu. if I choose data and hit record, same thing. if I choose tools and hit vehicle info, it spins then comes back on ecu found. every now and then it will say does not support vehicle.
I checked very pin from the obd2 port to the computer and all ohm good. like I said, the other tuners will talk to it perfectly. I ordered a new computer had it flashed to my truck, and still no talking with my pcm.
I would think yep my truck, but with everything else talking to it, I think there is a flaw in the intune. a bug or something. I am fighting this every day. I spend about one to two hours a day rechecking rechecking and cant find a thing wrong.
I wanted to see if anyone is near the Beaumont texas area that would let me meet them and hook your intune up and just run a DTC scan or vin identification test to see if your intune will talk to my pcm.
