Hi,

I had a question about the available tunes for my truck. The Diablo tune, is that only designed for 93 octane gas? My other option was the 87 octane. I thought there was a 91 octane tune or is the"Diablo" tune something I can use off of 91? Thanks

on trucks, the Diablo Tune is the 91 octane tune...

I just installed the Diablo tune with hard shift, but I don't feel much of a difference. Should I be driving in my tow setting? How firm of a shift should I expect? Also would you be able to explain a little more on the adjustable parameters? Thanks

its not very firm, just a little firmer than stock.

My intune seems to be stuck on a "intune is in recovery mode". I get to the main menu but freezes when i try to do a tune. I also just did a update. Is my truck ok to start up?

Did I lose all my data for my truck? Is my tune now back to stock?

I have tried to call tech support and waited two hours twice last week. I wasn't able to get through. I also have emailed a couple of times and haven't got a response yet. This way seems to be the best way for help. My inTune is still stuck in recovery mode and freezes up since doing the update. Is there anything I can do to fix it? Can I reset it?

I was emailng [email protected] but haven't heard from him since 4/24/2015. I originally sent my info xml file to that email on the 24th.

I think the new update has issues. Mine (2012 Silverado 5.3) has locked up both times I tried to use it since I bought it last week. Running the latest firmware and tunes. I was told their engineering folks are looking into it.

Good to know. I was thinking that but didn't see anyone else with that problem. At least I'm not the only one with the problem. Thanks

I got the last email from you on the 27th and replied back the next day. Weird, it must not have gone through. Would you be able to connect the Intune to your PC and email me the contents of the "Tunes" folder from your Intunes drive to [email protected]? I should be able to get this going for you pretty quickly once i get those files.
