Dodge Service Center Updates and Tune?

I have had my 2012 Durango R/T running the 87 tune for the last year and a half. I always went to other garages and have never had my truck into Dodge for service. I wanted to bring it in next week get the 30k mile service and would like updates added to the vehicle. Would I need to unload the tune and reload stock parameters before I brought it in or would the updates go through okay with the 87 tune loaded on the vehicle?
