new to intune

got the intune from a previous owner for my jeep.
never updated anything and never plugged it into a computer.
i need a new tune now and im trying to download the data log file so
that i can send it but my computer wont even recognize the intune.
ive tried different usb ports and computers but none of them can recognize it.
intune turns on but nothing pops up on the computer "windows"
ive checked my computer...diskmgmt and another one but cant find it anywhere.
is there something i need to download first to be able to load my data log?
