New Intune..wont finish updating

pluged in to do update, it's almost done but stuck at the end. It says to not unplug but it's been updating for like an hour. What do I do?

is the tool processing/preparing, etc?

if not , please reboot it and it should start loading the updates.

no the intune screen is stuck..nothing happens when you touch screen

Ok I unplugged it and plugged back in. Under firmware info i have 1r04d. There is a * next to all the others below it not an "OK" that I think i saw before. Do I neeed to update?

thats normal, its still checking the ones with a *
