4 lb lower pulley on ford lightning

is the 93 oct pulley tune safe for a 4lb lower boost pulley or do I need a custom tune

for sure. adding some boost is the best way to wake these trucks up!
The tunes were thoroughly developed to work on the street with the added airflow on 93.
