C&L 87 octane tune

I purchased a kit from rpm outlet and when I installed it with the c&l kit it only has a 93 octane tune is it possible to get a tune for 87 and 91 octane? will it cost? or what can I do to modify the tune for 87 octane and I know it only holds 5 tunes can I delete the other cold air kits to give it room?

I also purchased a kit from rmp outlet. I had some minor difficulty. The documentation on the u7140 preditor did not indicate where the setup was for the C&L. The setup for the C&L is under the the options menu on the second page titled oem setup. Either select the racer intake or the street intake. make sure you have the latest version of the software. I also had a bit of a high idle with the 62mm bbk throttle body. It was initially set too far open at rest. There was a pink warning sheet with the package that told about the 3mm set screw on the inside of the throttle body. right hand side looking head on. I loosened the set screw and adjusted the initial setting 1/3 of a turn counter clockwise thereby closing the throttle bodys at rest setting slightly. I then tightened the set screw and reinstalled the cover and the drive by wire motor. Installed the 91ot tune. Adjusted the idle and rev limiters.

The initial idle calmed down and the car runs fine. I also installed the Dynatech racing exhaust system. The car is a bit loud but not overly so. I have a manual transmission and the car accelerates so fast in low gear its scary. I recently filled up with 89 ot gas and I really do not notice any difference. The motor does not ping. I think the 91 ot tune is great. I hope this information helps.

Use the global spark adder to pull 5-6* of timing from the tune to set it up for use with 87 octane.

how do I do that it wont let me modify the settings for the c&l racer tune

You should be able to modify it under the modify parameters menu.
