Trinity display style/background/icons question

I was browsing eBay today trying to find some DS stickers to put on my truck (bummed that I couldn't find any. different subject, but if anyone knows where to find them please let me know) and I saw a listing for a Trinity tuner and noticed that it looked different than mine. I'll post a picture of the eBay one as well as mine, but I was wondering if there was a way to make mine look like the one I found. I personally think it looks better. Is there an option somewhere in the tool or a download that I could load on to mine?

no.. that's an old pic... they don't look like that any more.. the background graphics were updated years ago... no way to get back to that old look...
