ECO light never comes on with tune applied

I have a 2013 SRT8 with CAI and CATBAC. I'm trying to save on gas because i'm about to go on a trip and notice that me eco light never comes on unless i let my foot of the gas. even in cruise control it wont come on. Is there any thing i can do to put the tune in a gas saving mode. can some one send me a custom tune or explain to me what i need to to do

Mds is probably turned off in the tune. before you install tune click on modify parameters and scroll down to the mds option. Click on that and you will see if it's turned off or not, if it is turn it on and reload the tune

eco is not disabled with MDS, it can be disabled through the DIC.

Where or how can I tune it to save gas or does the tune automatically save you on gas. And I have no idea what turning or off in the dic is
