update and calibration problems will not work please help

im having trouble with this intune ive updated and registered but as soon as i plug into my 2014 ram 1500 5.7 it says ( i need a calibration updade and to plug into the pc) so i go back to plug into the pc and it says an error occurred please contact support team using calibration id: 68153795AE please ive been repeating these step and trying to figure out the problem but i cannot figure it out. Thank you in advance

unfortunately you have the wrong tool there, you need an I-1000-DCX for the 2014 model.
