I just had installed a Diablo T1000. The first couple of days were fine. 4th night it killed my battery.(obviously l left if plugged in) I thought I could leave it plugged in. #2 after jumping the truck and got it running everything seemed to be fine. The next morning I got a code for Oil pressure switch sensor. I cleared the code with the tuner and so far its still gone. My question is I thought I could leave plugged in and not have a problem, is there a setting that I am unaware off that will turn it off after truck is turned off? Would the Diablo T1000 have caused the CEL to come on and show the code? Thanks!

go to options/change sleep monitor and set it to 0 seconds to resolve the battery issue.
Not sure about the code, doesn't sound like anything tune related though.
Thanks

still is not correctly working. I plug in the unit and leave it plugged in. When I come back out to the vehicle and try automatic start is when the code will come on. If I unplug the unit and then turn on the vehicle later it will not trigger the code. the code P0520 is the code I get. I can erase the code and it's fine. but!!!! I still want automatic start and to leave it plugged in without draining my battery. code only has been triggered since last Friday when unit was installed. so the diablo seems to be the issue. any help? the time out was set at 5. I changed to 2 and it said anything under 30 would drain battery. just need some guidance. people who installed it gave NO INSTRUCTIONS !

I would again advise you to set it to 0 and see how it behaves, please.
