InTune won't save changes or recognize previous writes

I made a few adjustments today and went out for a few runs to data log. On my last run, I stopped the logging and the InTune unit froze. I unplugged it and went to checkout the logs that did get written. When I plugged the unit back into the car to make more adjustments, my previous changes were not recognized. Everything was as if it were a clean tune.

Now what happens is when I change a value like boost or fuel, I click the ok button and the InTune doesn't see the change anymore. For example, I adjusted boost on 4k-5k and saved. There was no * on the 4k-5k option. I go back into the 4k-5k setting and it's back to 0 as if I'd never made a change.

I ran the Virtual Disk checker and it said no errors were found. What's going on and how do I fix it? I pulled PCM_05029832AE_LastTuneWritten.drg from the tunes folder hoping that all my changes will still be there.

The InTune program won't run either.

So any idea what's going on, how to fix it or if this thing has any kind of warranty?
