no touch screen doesnt work

I just recently bought a trinity t 1000 and everything went well as far as tune install. except for the touch screen doesn't work. is this normal or is it suppose to have one? thanks

nevermind mike from diablo emailed me with a tip about loosening screws behind screen 1/4 turn and it worked like a charm. thanks mike

the touchscreen on my trinity works fine when connected to my PC.. but does not work when connected to my car, heh, go figure... when connected to my car, I have to use the buttons on it instead...

The trick is to loosen the 5 screws on the back of the Trinity by a 1/4 turn. This usually relieves some pressure on the screen, allowing it to function properly.
