2013 Charger SRT Error

Guys I get this tmessage I talked with Mike earlier my car is sol. Can someone help me get this fixed tonight please!

I plugged the device back into my car to tune my car with the diablo tune and I got the following message:
1. An error as occurred while performing original back up.

I tired again here are more mssg I received from your product:
1.I Tune is in recovery mode press yes to continue.
2. Last tune failed to install the original back up will now be restored to the vehicle I followed the steps but I keep getting the above message "1. An error as occurred while performing original back up."
