Transmission and TC problems

Hi, I have a 2014 charger 3.6 awd when i try to do the disable TC option or any of the tranny options it loads 10% then says failed. My intune is completely up to date and it installed the tune just fine just not these options for some reason.

I have a RWD but mine does the same thing. It's been like this for me for well over a year and still no fix. Cannot change tire params, gear ratio, reset tcm adaptation, change tires size, etc.
