2014 Ram fan always on w/canned 87 tune?

I loaded the 87 tune and adjusted the throttle response and tire size but noticed my electric fan is running all the time after it reaches temp. It fluctuates 6* from 197-203* going down the hwy in 50* weather. On the stock tune the fan never came on and the active grill shutters would be closed the majority of the time. Also the twmo would run around 204* pretty constant. How much lower is the fan switched to come on on the 87 tune?
The intune has the latest update as of 3/14/2015 and the truck just had all the pcm updates done at the dealer prior to install of said tune.

This just corrected the fans and left the tune alone right?
Thanks again!

Mike i uploaded the adjusted tune you posted and the fan is fixed but the performance is down. Feels and shifts like stock. Was anything adjusted torque management wise on this tune? Here's the LTW, maybe something didnt' upload correctly?
