tuner won't read my obi port!

Please help... last night i went to adjust my tune on my 2008 mustang v6 now the tuner won't read my obi port. I can check for codes and stuff but when it comes to add the tune it won't read the port. I have wrench and my miles are flat lined... how do i fix it?

ok i'm at work now but i'll do it as soon as i get home (6pm est). what number should i call the 561 number? Can i call anytime?

got it back yesterday and reinstalled my computer and 93 octane tune. Only problem now it that it smells like it is running lean. I have the BBK cold air intake and 70mm throttle body on an 2008 V6 mustang. Do i need to fix the MAF and make it rich?
