85mm MAF on F-Body

Is it possible for you to provide me with a tune that recalibrates the computer with the new calibration table corresponding to an 85 mm MAF?? If so what do you need.

I am having a problem with the LTFT running very lean even after LT header installation and I believe that it has to do with the MAF. I had a friend lend me his MAF from his camaro and monitored the LTFT and there was considerable improvement (from +11 LTFT on both banks to +3.91 LTFT after swap)because of it. I don't want to have to buy a new MAF sensor if the calibration table of the 85 mm MAF can be programmed into a custom tune?? What are my options??

Honestly, the longtubes alone would warrant a custom tune done on a dyno, and doing that will allow the tuner to perfectly dial in the MAF curve.
