Problem ,Cadillac cts 2014 2.0

Hi there, after Intune installation (91 oct) my car started to make crazy noise on 6000+ APM(noise comes from transmission or engine) , Speedometer acting slow . What is the problem? What should i do?
The first thing i did , i resetet all installed parameters and now waiting for some kind of help. I Was calling to diablo sport 3 days in a row, and no answer (All operators are busy).

Kind of metal noise. Like to metal pieces hitting each other. I just checked tune file, and its empty, maybe because i returned to stock? Is it anyway you can make tune and ill load in my car?

yeah, you have to have the preset tunes installed so that the tool saves copies of the files in itself in the Tunes folder...

the tool will record it by clicking scan tool/datalogging/record, then save it to the intune drive/logs folder.
