2004 Ford f250 Pwr strk: Low fuel Mileage

I recently purchased the Diablo sport predator Version: V8r17 for my 2004 F250 diesel. I installed the 60 hp setting for fuel economy. Since then my fuel mileage dropped from 17 mpg to 14 mpg. Just wondering if you have any suggestions. Thanks
