P0605 on '13 GT500

Post by mrl859 »

I used my trinity to adjust for the different tire size and rear end gears and I keep setting a P0605. Ideas?

Actually, I loaded your canned 91 Octane tune modified for my tires/gears and also is well. Lots of low rpm/light throttle pep off the line too. Nice. Thanks.

Export the files that are in it now, which are not creating a check engine light?

Exactly. I did not try to reload modify stock. I just loaded modified 91 octane. All is well with the world. As an aside, ALL the guys on ALL the GT500 forums always say go SCT. This being the fifth car I've tuned with my Trinity (Cadillac included), and based on the way I rotate cars, I'll stick with my Trinty.

Back again. I am using the Trinity to use a modified stock tune to allow for axle ratio (3.73) and tires (717). Each time I start it, I get a check engine light with a the P0605 code. I clear it with the engine running and I'm good until the next time I start it. Ideas?

Okay, here is the stock and last tune written. Can the correction(s) be made in such a way that if I change tire revs/mile later, I won't have the same problem? BTW, the light comes on with p0605 about ten seconds after start up.

Plug tool into pc and tell dsdownloader to get tune from tool. Download both selections original backup and last tune written. Then post the last tune written.

If you need DSDL it's at the bottom of the posted link.
