07 Charger SRT8 180 Thermostat fan setting

So I just installed a Jet 180 thermostat and reading the fan setting was a little confusing. With the cooling fans AC Off I put the high MPH HS on 195. The LS at 178. MS at 185. The low mph HS are at 195. LS set to 178 and MS 195. With the AC on the HS was 195. LS set to 178 and MS 195. I let the car warm up and the hottest it got was 186 and that was after i revved it. Is that normal running temp at idle? I haven't got out to drive it so I wont know the driving temp until next time I drive it. Any suggestions on what to change the fan speeds at or are they good?

So just lower everything 20-23 degrees?
