Trinity can not be found by my computer

Hello everyone.

I'm new here and I'm new to the CMR software. I can not get started because of the following problem:

I did install the CMR software successfully on my computer. I did also install the Trinity drivers on my computer but when I did plug in the Trinity the first time it seems that the driver installation has not been completed because when the installation was finished there did open a big window which said "READ THIS NOW" and this one did cover the installation window with the "finish" button behind it. So I did not see it any more and I did not press the "finish" button before I did plug in the Trinity. Now my computer now does not see the Trinity and every time I plug in the Trinity it says "driver software not found". How can I fix it? I can't use the Trinity and therefor I can't work with the whole software right now, but I need it until Friday. Please help me out asap.

you'll need to configure windows to allow the installation of english drivers.

I'm absolutely no computer expert... Where do I have to change the settings in Windows? Can you post a screenshot?

Hi neighbor....greetings from France
I am located in France and had the same issue with the USB driver and windows in french language
you have to run your entire windows system in english (US) language in order to properly run the USB driver
depends what version of windows your PC is running but you must download and install windows language package (english US) and run windows with it
Then, once the USB driver installed, you can go back to german language

you can also try this before doing above stated:
plug the trinity device to your PC with the USB cable and let it boot
hit the start button > control panel > device manager
you should now see your trinity device in the list stated with a yellow warning or something like that at Ports COM and LPT line
double clik on the device's line and hit the driver tab
then hit the update driver button > select search for a driver on my computer > search and select the trinity drivers directory and hit next
now let windows install itself the driver
you're done....

Thank you neighbor! It was exactly as you said. I did have to purchase the English language package, install it, switch over to English for the installation of the drivers and now it works perfect, even when I run my windows under German language.

Where are you located?
