Selling Trinity. What do I need?

I had a Challenger R/T Hemi which I sold last year. I'd bought the Trinity and figured I should go ahead and sell it as well. I remember there being a CD when I purchased the product, but cannot locate it. Can the future buyer utilize the cables attached to download all necessary software from website? I don't want to sell somebody and incomplete product that won't work.
