2014 5 speed transmission

2014 Dodge Charger R/T 5 speed auto. 392 cam, long tube headers, 3.73 rear gears. Dyno tune adjusted rev limiter up about 400 rpm's. Now from first to second gear if I shift at 5600 rpm's and hit the rev limiter at all the transmission disengages and won't let me drive until I turn the car off and then back on. I found out today that can be dangerous when in the middle lane. When is the TCM going to be able to be tuned?! Is there any tuner out there that can adjust the TCM? Is there anyone I can call to protest or should I buy a Chevy
