Will Diablosport be releasing a programming tool for LX Cars with the 6.1 hemi? I have an '06 Charger SRT8 and want to be able to tune it with your performance tunes or be able to get customs tunes when I start modding beyond the basic bolton's. Thanks.

This is an application we definitely plan to support.

Mike L,

How much longer is this gonna take to be released? I been waiting since late Novermber of 2006 for it.

There are already some tuning options involving sending your own PCM to get flashed with modified tuning for better overall performance. I just rather be able to do it myself with a handheld like yours and be able to modify some parameters.

I hear you loud and clear, however, engineering these types of tools from scratch on a new platform requires alot of research and development to be sure that when the tool is released, it is the best tuning option out there.

Hey Mike any updates? I am a computer scientist myself and know that to debug a new program it takes time, but when done by several people together it can be done faster. Then testing has to be done to find any bugs that need fixing and testing again and so on before its released.

I am also very interested in this. Could you please give us a general idea of when to expect this to hit the market? Maybe a guesstimate of what quarter it would be released? Is it close to beta testing yet?

I figure if I throw out enough questions, you'll be able to at least answer one and I'll be able to stop checking this website every day.

We just bought a 300C SRT8 for testing, and we are already writing to the PCM.
We'll begin tuning soon, and the release of the tools will not be far behind.

Guys, we have purchased an SRT-8 300C for our own in house testing, just in case you wondered how committed we are to this project. We should begin tuning later this month, yet I'm not sure as to a release date.

SRT8 Cherokee in Orlando, will your tuner allow modifications to the torque management, stability program & wide open throttle in 1st gear settings?

what parameters will be tuneable?
