Torque Management SRT8

Post by NetNathan »

I had this question in a different thread till I realized the thread was not related to the SRT8 Predator.

You said the Predator could "reduce" Torque Management.
Where in the Predator menu is this setting and is it in all versions?

Is there a menu map for the Predator?

It would be nice if we could see and adjust tunes on the PC with the DS downloader software. This way we could print and compare settings to make sure we are not missing anything. Does this ability exist in the custom tune software?
Oh yea....what does CMR stand for?

Also... this forum needs and upgrade to be able to search members and have the ability to easily find our posts by subscriptions. It should be more along the line of the LX forum that you visit so often.

There is a menu map posted in a sticky here, that was made by XEryder on the LXforums, and there is a thread there with that info as well.
TM is reduced in the tunes, there is no further end user adjustment in the Predator.

As for editing tunes on a PC, that is not a handheld type of feature, that will have to wait for single user versions of CMR (ChipMaster Revolution).

Thanks

So when is the single user version of CMR going to be made available?

I bought the Predator as I saw the "Edit Tune" option in "Advanced Tuning" tab of the Downloader. But this does not open the tune and allow editing?
That is a bit misleading ...

Well I certanly hope Diablo Sport does not release single user version of the software for multible reasons. 1. Iwould really be like screwing the CXMR dealers that spent over $2500 per brand for the software. 2. Diablo Sport offers no training(learning the software is not as easy as it may sound) 3. try calling teck support there is already like a normal of 30 to 60 min wait even for CMR dealers.

Perfdyno stop your crying...It's just like Ls1edit or HPTuners with single user versus shop versions...
If the tuners (hemi) would share info like the LS1 crowd you'd learn a lot faster...

I can't wait for a single user version to be available along with wideband integration to do full road tuning...
